# Tu Ngutu Villa

Located just 35 minutes north of Auckland city, this spectacular property is the ultimate seaside retreat for small groups.
When you’re not working, there are plenty of local attractions – wineries, restaurants, golf courses, boutique movie theatres and a farmers’ market. Natural assets in this region include Goat Island Marine Reserve, two magnificent regional parks and the islands of the northern Hauraki Gulf. Sited on the border of Mahurangi West Regional Park, Tu Ngutu Villa has breathtaking country and sea views, as well as access to three beaches and several walking trails.

Built to the highest standards, the villa offers formal and informal dining spaces; two lounges, including a state-of-the-art multimedia entertainment system; and spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Outdoor living is exceptional, with large balconies, a swimming pool, spa and outdoor fireplace.

If more accommodation is required, a neighbouring property can provide an extra three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
